Chevrolet’s Captiva Sport is sold in more than 50 countries but not in U.S. since now. The Americans from General Motors announced their intention to introduce the Captiva Sport on the U.S. market starting later this year. Described by GM as a contemporary five-seat crossover, Captiva Sport is ready to debut in U.S. this year and comes with a decent range of features.

Under the hood, power will be provided by a 2.4-liter Ecotec unit able to offer 182 horsepower and 233 Nm of torque. If this is not enough for you, a more potent V6 unit is there to complete the engine range for the customers that need more power.

The 3.0-liter V6 manages to deliver 264 horsepower and 301 Nm of torque, a six-speed automatic transmission being packed together. Talking about the aesthetic features, we can’t note something extraordinary, maybe just the new 17-inch aluminum wheels that will be available.
