After releasing info on the Ford Focus ST for the Paris Motor Show the Dearborn based company calmed thing down and is now bringing us information on the regular version of the Focus.
To be specific the Blue Oval is releasing the pricing for the 2012 version of one of their most popular models in Europe.
The 2012 model year Ford Focus, should hit dealerships and driveways somewhere in early 2011.
The 2012 Focus will be offered in S, SE, SEL and Titanium trim-levels with prices for the US market starting at $16,270 (not including a $725 destination fee). As an added bonus to take your mind off the latter you will be getting a $500 Technology Rebate on the 2012 Focus.
A bit of a change from the norm they announced that all 2012 Ford Focus models are powered by a 2.0 liter DITi-VCT engine developing 155 horsepower and a peak torque of 145 lb-ft. Transmissions however to offer a choice and there’s a 6 speed manual or Ford’s latest dry-clutch 6 speed Ford PowerShift automatic transmission.
