Hyundai officially introduced the Equus facelift, a model designed for the home market, namely South Korea. The four-door sedan comes with a base 3.8-liter V6 unit delivering 334 horsepower and 395Nm of torque but also a more powerful 5.0-liter V8 with 416 horses and 510Nm of torque.

Exterior tweaks include new LED taillights, restyled front grille and bumpers, new alloy wheels and revised optical blocks.

Inside, customers will enjoy new wood trim, leather seats, a new infotainment system and even a head-up display.

The South Korean company also adds several safety systems to the 2013 Hyundai Equus. One of them is the Blind Spot Detection system which helps the driver to avoid crashes due to the blind spot. Pricing and availability details will be released soon.
