The new generation Hyundai Genesis Coupe will hit the North American dealerships next month with a starting price of $24,250. The South Korean model will be offered with a 2.0-liter entry-level unit developing 274 horses and 275 lb-ft of torque. A more powerful 3.8-liter V6 engine with 348 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque will be available as well at a higher price.

Both engines can be ordered with a new eight-speed automatic transmission besides the standard six-speed manual gearbox.

On the styling part, the 2013 Hyundai Genesis sports a new hood, revised LED headlights, a new front fascia, a rear wing and few other minor tweaks at the interior.

“The Genesis Coupe now sports more aggressive coupe styling, striking a more menacing demeanor from every angle. Inside, the 2013 Genesis Coupe interior has been enhanced with distinctive, upscale features and design cues,” adds the company.

The range-topping Genesis Coupe is priced from $28,750 in the United States. However, you will have to add the $875 delivery and handling fee to get the correct pricing.
