Kia publishes today first details and photos on the 2013 Pro_cee’d GT, a sportier variant based on the standard Pro_cee’d.
In terms of performance, the Korean model benefits from a 1.6-liter engine capable to produce around 200 horses and 265Nm of torque. The GDI powerplant is connected to a six-speed manual transmission while the 0-100 km/h sprint is possible in 7,9 seconds.
At the exterior, Kia provides revised front and rear bumpers, GT badges, LED daytime running lights, new revised front grille and side skirts.
The Korean model also rides new 18-inch alloy wheels while a high-performance brake system with 300mm discs keeps the model safe. The company also provides a black roof, new side mirror caps and red inserts. Inside, you will find a new set of Recaro seats, aluminum pedals, high quality materials and new inserts.
Kia will kick off production somewhere in May while an estimative £23,000 price tag could be available for the UK.
