It has always been argued that the love between a rider and his bike is far more intense than between a driver and his car.
And if this is true, than those bike riders that have a soft spot for classic motorcycles will surely do their best to get to Tacoma, Washington on the 24th and 25th of August.
During that time, the second annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival will be taking place, and it will be a amazing event. There will be close to 300 vintage models from pretty much every manufacturer, from BMW to Triumph, Honda or Harley-Davidson. Separated into several classes, the bikes will be judged and rewards will be handed out.
Several other events are also planned, like motorcycle demonstrations and acrobatics, a swap meet, and to top it off, a scenic ride or approximately 70 miles. For visitors, a 15 USD entry fee will be applied, and for that money you get to grab a bit of barbecue.
