Audi released official UK pricing for the new A8 flagship. The facelifted model benefits now from revised bumpers, new exterior finishes, LED lights, 18-inch alloy wheels and optional Matrix LED headlights.
These features are offered on the base SE trim level while the SE Executive and Sport Executive grades add more and more equipment.
Inside, buyers will get leather upholstery, ventilated seats with massage function, electrically-adjustable rear seats, power-assisted door closure and a new center console.
“The latest Audi luxury flagship range combines revisions to its weight-optimised, predominantly aluminium Audi Space Frame (ASF) body with a raft of technological advances,” says Audi.
The engine range also gets some upgrades with the 3.0-liter TFSI unit producing 310 horsepower and the 4.0-liter V8 developing 435 horsepower and offering Cylinder on Demand technology. As mentioned above, pricing for the 2014 Audi A8 starts at £58,800 in UK but can easily climb to £79,900 if you opt for the 4.0-liter TFSI quattro model.
