Chevrolet releases official pricing information on the 2014 Impala sedan, a model which will hit the North American market from $27,535.
Under the hood we find a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder unit delivering 195 horsepower and 253Nm of torque but also a 2.4-liter 182hp unit coupled with the eAssist system.
Last but not least, the range-topping model is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 delivering 305 horsepower and 358Nm of torque. Standard features of the new Impala include an 8-inch display with satellite navigation, MyLink infotainment system, Adaptive Cruise control and ten airbags.
Safety is also improved through a Slide Blind Zone Alert system, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and more.
There will be a total of three trim levels, starting with the base LS model and continuing to the LT and LTZ variants. The range-topping V6-powered Impala fitted with the LTZ grade starts at $36,580.
