The internet is an amazing place, where news are carried worldwide in a second. Thus most companies careful regulate the information that gets out there, as once it reaches the internet, it is out forever.
Yet from time to time, bits and pieces of information slip through the cracks, and make many enthusiasts happy.
A recent leak involves the 2014 Mazda 3 model, and consists of a photo portraying the back end of the car. With the source unconfirmed, it is unclear if it was purposely released or someone shared with the media this picture without the car maker’s approval.
With the release date sometime this year, we can expect an engine lineup of four units: a Skyactiv-G 1.5 liter engine rated at 100 Hp, and a 2.0 liter engine with 120 Hp and 165 Hp. While the Europeans will also get a 2.2 liter, 150 Hp diesel engine, the US will receive the 2.5 liter four cylinder unit.
This is not much to go on, but we can expect more leaks or even official unveils as the release date draws closer.
