Carlsson gets yet again in our attention, this time with a tuning package for the all-new Mercedes S-Class. The stock 4.7-liter V8 powerplant is capable to deliver 61 horsepower and 900Nm of torque, a significant boost of 154 horses.
More power can be obtained for the 5.5-liter mill which is tuned to produce 780 horsepower and 1,050Nm of torque.
Carlsson released no detailed performance figures but we are sure that the sprint and top speed figures are improved.
At the exterior, the German luxury sedan gets larger 21-inch alloy wheels, a quad-pipe exhaust system, new front and rear bumpers, side skirts and a rear diffuser.
“True to its company motto “Go your own way,” Carlsson presents its ideas for further refining and personalizing the new S-Class, with modifications ranging from aerodynamic components to light-alloy wheels and bespoke interior trim,” says the company.
Enter the cockpit and you will find leather upholstery, rear seat entertainment, wood trim, a REVOX audio system as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
