Dodge released details on the Challenger SRT Hellcat, a special edition of the American model. At the exterior, the Hellcat stands out thanks to new 20-inch forged-aluminum wheels with Pirelli P Zero Nero tires, new front splitter, a rear spoiler and LED taillights.
There are also some power tweaks as the 6.2-liter HEMI V8 delivers now over 600 horsepower. You will get a standard six-speed manual transmission while an eight-speed automatic one is available as well.
All this power needs a good amount of braking, therefore, Dodge offers a new Brembo braking system with 390mm discs.
Inside, buyers will get heated/ventilated front seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel, Nappa leather and Alcantara inserts, a 7-inch display and aluminum trim.
More control will be offered by the “Drive Modes” which let the driver adjust several parameters such as suspension, power, traction and steering.
