It is now official that the 2015 Ford Explorer model will be hitting its dealerships at the end of June, the model coming with only minor changes than the previous one.
The 2015 Ford Explorer was long-expected and the model was believed to sport some major changes for the 2015 version, but unfortunately we might be talking only for a limited set of updates.
First of all, the 2015 Ford Explorer will be coming in Magnetic Metallic, Bronze Fire Metallic Tinted Clearcoat and Caribou Metallic paint jobs, nothing fancy so far.
Secondly, the body style remains the same as the present model, having the same rough, bold and rugged looks, with great technology inside, like Matt Zuehlk, the brand manager also stated.
So why change something that already looks great, both on the outside as well as on the inside? More than that, the 2015 Ford Explorer adds a greater styling, with a Magnetic metallic finish on the tailgate.
Other changes for the 2015 Ford Explorer model also involve the same Magnetic metallic paint job on the grille and side mirrors, as well as some tweaks inside.
The tweaks include leather wrapping and heated seats, MyFord Touch infotainment system with 4.2-inch color display and others.
