The Japanese folks at Toyota decided that this year’s edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show is a good opportunity to showcase a special edition of the Aygo supermini model. The Toyota Aygo x-clusiv edition is a bespoke variant of the standard convertible model and comes with a series of styling tweaks.
Before that, we have to tell you that power is offered exclusively by a modest 1.0-liter petrol engine with 69 horsepower and 95 Nm of torque.
On the outside, buyers will notice new 15-inch alloy wheels, a special Electro Grey exterior, a black canvas roof and Silver Sparkle inserts. Tinted rear windows are also available as well as chrome trim and black side mirror caps.
Inside, the Toyota Aygo x-clusiv edition comes with new floor mats, Electro Grey inserts, chrome door handles and Silver Sparkle trim. In conclusion, the new model brings some nice exterior and interior tweaks but fails to impress in the power department.
Pricing details on the special edition Toyota Aygo were not released yet. However, we do know that the model should go on sale somewhere next year, most likely in the month of February.
