Mitsubishi has introduced the 2016 Outlander Sport at the 2015 Los Angele Auto Show, the model coming with some slight changes over the current version.
In terms of performance, the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport will carry over the same engine lineup, like the base 2.0-liter inline engine, with 148 horsepower and 196 Nm of torque, followed by the 2.4-liter engine, with 168 horsepower and 226 Nm of torque. The engines will be offered with a five-speed manual or a CVT.
In terms of safety features, the all-new 2016 Outlander Sport will come with the Active Stability Control with Traction Control Logic, hill start assist, tire pressuring monitoring system, or engine immobilizer.
From a visual standpoint, the SUV will be slightly revised, meaning it will received an updated “Dynamic Shield” front fascia, revised side mirror caps with LED turn indicator lamps. The body will be complemented by the 18-inch alloy wheels.
The cabin will receive a new steering and air conditioning panel design, updated 6.1-inch Display Audio System, power windows, rear privacy glass, keyless entry, armrest, soft-touch instrument panel trim and so on.
Prices in the United States will start from $19,595.
