Mercedes-Benz has officially announced the arrival of the new 2015 V-Class in Australia, where the model will cost 85,500 AUD, once it will reach the Australian showrooms, this summer. But apart the base price, in case you want to buy the car, you will have to pay an additional 4,385 AUD, which are the road expenses.
However, for that money, you will get the V250 BlueTec Avantgarde version, which will come handy with a lot of luxurious features and enough space to fit eight persons inside.
Apart the updated cabin, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz V-Class will also come with a great fuel consumption, meaning 26 percent less than the previous model. This was manageable thanks to the “overtorque” mode, which reduces the fuel consumption even under a hard acceleration. This is the first model from its class to comply with the Euro 6 emission standards.
Under the hood, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz V-Class will come with a 2.1-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, developing 187 horsepower and a good 440 Nm of torque, hooked to a 7-speed automatic transmission. Other features include a rear-wheel drive configuration, adaptive ESP, four driving modes with the paddle shifters being fitted on the steering wheel and a few more.
