The Lexus brand has finally unveiled the Lexus GS F, the sports car that has been long-expected, after being seen online a couple of weeks ago. Little it was known then about the model, but now we have some slight details about the car, especially about what it sports under the hood.
The performance of the Lexus GS F is quite impressive, from my point of view, since we are talking here about a luxury brand that it is not used to receiving too much power. Still, this particular model has received the 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8, which outputs a good 467 horsepower and 527 Nm of torque, when hooked to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Add up the standard toqrue vectoring differential with the slalom and the track modes, 6-piston calipers, new performance suspension system, or the 19-inch alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and we might be looking here at a truly sporty car.
Unfortunately, no news on the performance, but we think it would definitely cope with its direct rivals from BMW M5, Mercedes-Benz E-Class oo the Cadillac CTS-V.
Inside, the Lexus GS F could not have been different than its siblings, as it still keeps the high-end materials, as well as the high-tech gadgets, like the digital instrument cluster, the infotainment system with the 12.3-inch display, sports seats and much more.
