The 2016 Acura NSX sports car is such a hot ride, that a rendering with the model wearing the so called Targa body design, has recently hit the web, just shortly after the official unveileing of the NSX, at the 2015 NAIAS, in Detroit. The model willhave a starting price of $150,000.
As seen in the rendering signed by the famous X-Tomi Design, the 2016 Acura NSX Targa is generally resembling its sibling NSX, borrowing its design, body components, interior or the engine. But unfortunately, the carmaker does not intent to through the Targa version into the production line.
The 2016 Acura NXS launched at the 2015 NAIAS is coming with a 2,630 mm wheelbase, measuring 4,470 mm in length, 1,940 mm in width as well as 1,215 mm in height.
Inside, the 2016 Acura NSX is coming fully tweaked with a lot of gizmos, like the low mounted instrument panel, the dynamic TFT display, the power button on the center console and much more.
Moving on under the hood, the 2016 Acura NSX is also powerful, as it is equipped with a twin turbocharged V6 engine, which develops 550 horsepower. The engine is also backed by three electric motors, with the power to be sent to the “Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel Drive.”
