2016 Los Angeles Auto Show: 2017 Nissan Rouge Star Wars Limited Edition Is Official

View

If you are a Star Wars freak and really dig unusual items or….cars… that have anything to do with the series, then you should take a closer look at the below Nissan Rouge models.

They were recently introduced at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show and refer to the Star Wars Limited Edition, a $1,990 package available for the top of the line Sun and Sound Touring Package.

I am not sure how to describe this ….Limited Edition model, but it is definitely not everybody`s taste, especially if you are not a …Star Wars fan, of course. It comes with just 5,400 units and feature some “interesting” features.

Or perhaps they are not that “interesting” as you might think. However, Jeremy Tucker Vice President, Marketing Communications & Media, Nissan North America, Inc, thinks otherwise:

“The Nissan Rogue and the first Star Wars standalone movie share more than just a name. The Star Wars film franchise has pushed the boundaries of technology since the debut of the original episode nearly 40 years ago. Nissan is doing the same with its industry-leading cars, trucks and SUVs like the new Rogue – our most advanced Rogue to date – so it’s natural that the two join forces.”

So, in case you want to be one of the 5,400 lucky owners of a 2107 Nissan Rouge Stars Wars Limited Edition, then you should know the kind of features you will get. Besides the white and black exterior colours, unique batches inside and at the interior, or the full-size Death Trooper collectible helmet, there aren`t any other ”outstanding” features that would justify the two grand package.
