Even if many don’t consider Hyundai such a high-end manufacturer like BMW or Mercedes-Benz, the South Korean based automaker did a pretty good job with its latest high-end Genesis lineup. And the latest edition to join the class is no other than the Genesis G80 Sport.
The 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show has just opened its gates and Hyundai wants to make a good impression with the 2018 Genesis G80 Sport, the model coming with an aggressive attitude, high-end features inside the cabin and a good power under the hood.
At the exterior, the car`s most important highlights refer to the new LED headlights with Dynamic Bending Light, 19-inch dark alloy wheels, dark chrome grille, air vents in the bumper, and a wide array of exterior colours – Casablanca White, Caspian Black, Himalayan Grey, Polar Ice and Sevilla Red. The body kit is complemented with lots of tweaks inside the cabin.
The interior is also boasting with carbon fiber trim, leather seats, steering wheel with copper contrast stitching, aluminum sport pedals, multi-view camera, 9.2-inch touchscreen navigation, wireless charger, Lexicon premium audio system and much more.
Besides the luxurious feel, the all-new 2018 Hyundai Genesis G80 Sport features a massive 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, developing 365 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. The engine is hooked to a sport eight-speed automatic transmission with shift-by-wire technology which makes the car extremely fast and agile. The car`s performance is also enhanced by the new Continuous Damping Control suspension system, tuned-up rear brakes and ventilated discs.
