The new Mercedes GLK, said to be called GLC, gets yet again in our attention as the spy photographers caught it during tests.
The second generation of the German model is expected to debut somewhere next year, the model in these images being the high-performance AMG variant.
It is believed to be a new 4.0-liter V8 engine under the hood, capable to produce around 450 horsepower and linked to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT transmission.
We talk about the same engine found in the Mercedes C63 AMG and AMG GT but with a lower horsepower output. In terms of styling, the 2016 Mercedes GLC 63 AMG will get revised bumpers, new side skirts, alloy wheels and a restyled front grille. Sadly, the model is well covered and we can’t see its features very clearly.
