Jeep has recently introduced the all-new 2016 Cherokee Overland at the 2016 NAIAS, in Detroit, the model being available on the market starting this spring, at a base price of $34,695, without the $995 destination and handling fee.
The 2016 Jeep Cherokee Overland comes with visual elements borrowed from the Grand Cherokee Overland, like body-color bumpers, fender flares, body cladding, along with HID bi-xenon headlights, chrome trim power liftgate, all complemented by the 18-inch polished aluminum wheels.
Inside, the cabin tweaks high-end materials, like Nappa leather upholstery, leather wrapping the instrument cluster, or steering wheel with Zebrano high-gloss wood trim.
Other features also include the Alpine audio system, power front seats, heated / ventilated front seats, Berber floor mats, Uconnect infotainment system with GPS, Parksense backup assist system, blind spot monitor, rear crosspath detection and so on.
In case you want more features, then you can also choose the Technology Group package, with more features, like auto high beams, rain sensitive windshield wipers, wireless smartphone charger, or adaptive cruise control. The Heavy Duty Protection package is also available at extra cost.
Under the hood, the crossover packs a 3.2-liter Pentastar V6 engine, with 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque.
