2016 Suzuki Vitara Hits Australia, Prices Announced

The 2016 Suzuki Vitara has finally reached the shores of Australia, the model being available in two versions, the RT-X and the RT-S. The RT-X manual will cost 22,990 AUD, while the RT-X automatic will be set at 24,900 AUD. The top of the line RT-X automatic will also cost you at 31,990 AUD.

The 2016 Suzuki Vitara RT-S version comes with a lot of standard features, such as the daytime running lights, the 17-inch alloy wheels, while the cabin tweaks the 7.0-inch touch screen, sat-nav system, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, rearview camera, cruise control and more.

On the other hand, the 2016 Suzuki Vitara RT-X will add up the automatic LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors, automatic wipers, or the same 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin also comes with panoramic roof, leather, folding side mirrors, overhead console as well as the four-wheel drive system.

The space inside is now wider, thanks to the new cargo capacity of 375 liters and an overall of 1,120 liters, without the rear seats.

Under the hood, the 2016 Suzuki Vitara is packing a 1.6-liter petrol burner, with 86 kW and 156 Nm of torque, hooked to a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmissions.
