With the recent unveiling of the all-new 2017 Audi S5 Coupe in the United States, the model coming available for an entry-level price of $55,000, it was just a matter of time until the Exclusive division would produce a higher-end model, with standout design features and selective cabin.
Even if the 2017 S5 Coupe wasn’t that well-received on the market, the special division from the German based carmaker wanted something exclusive indeed, and some might believe that this would be the right alternative.
Unfortunately, others have found the S5 Coupe Exclusive too exaggerated, with a weird design complemented by the bland side profile or retro rear-end. I particularly like it, it`s not too fancy yet not too boring.
The model is trying to standout from the crowd with the Tango Red exterior color and the five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, with the interior trying to complement the overall design.
Speaking about the interior, this one greets you with a cozy feeling, given by the Nappa leather and Alcantara upholstery, along with the steering wheel all wrapped in suede and so on. Other main highlights refer to up-to-date virtual instruments, MMI and more.
In the engine department, the 2016 Audi S5 Coupe Executive keeps the stock engine found on the regular S5 Coupe, meaning a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine, with 354 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Hooked to an eight-speed automatic transmission, the model is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds, at a topping of 155 mph.
