Even if most of the new models and concepts have been already previewed ahead the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, it is our job to come back with full details and media galleries about these exquisite rides. Thus we would know what to choose from in case we decide to buy one.

The long-expected and campaigned Alpine A110 Coupe is one of those new rides that deserves our attention and respect. It is a new car, with new powertrain, advanced chassis and impressive aerodynamics. And the fact that it will compete against the Porsche Cayman or Alfa Romeo 4C, says it all.

Once arriving on the market in the third quarter of the year, the Alpine A110 Coupe will arrive in the limited-run Premiere Edition – only 1,955 units produced – available in a small amount in the United Kingdom as well.

The new A110 from Alpine is extremely lightweight, thanks to its all-aluminum platform with aluminum composites around the body, which increases its performance. This means an overall of just 1,080 kg.

Speaking about performance, the French hardcore model packs a high-performance 1.8-liter turbocharged engine, with 247 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, allowing a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, at a top speed which is electronically limited to 250 km/h.

The performance is also achieved thanks to the new three drive modes – Normal, Sport and Track – which keeps track of the engine`s performance, exhaust`s note and much more.

Besides the high-performance powertrain, the all-new Alpine A110 Coupe features advanced aerodynamics tweaked with the latest mechanics – Brembo aluminum brake calipers, with the rear brakes coming with integrated parking brake actuator, saving thus 2.5 kg off the car`s total weight. Other features also refer to 18-inch lightweight aluminum wheels by Otto Fuchs, Sabelt one-piece bucket seats, and a few more, all saving off extra kilos.
