Porsche is on a full throttle with its model lineup, the German based carmaker preparing a whole new future fleet with more powerful engines and less fuel-consumption.
It is also the case of the hardcore 911 GT2 RS, recently caught on shots while performing some tests out in the cold. The model is set to debut at the end of next year as a 2017 YM.
We are dealing here with a more potent version of the 911 Turbo, set to come with a blue body wrap and extremely hot and aggressive body style. The model would also come with black accents on the front fascia, air intakes or on the hood.
The rear end would also receive an adjustable rear wing, custom bumper, as well as the four-tailpipe sports exhaust system. Other components are lightweight and contribute to the car`s weight-saving and increase performance.
Performance wise, the 2017 Porsche 911 GT2 RS is also rumored to pack a 3.8-liter biturbo flat-six mill, with a whopping 700 horsepower. This would make it more powerful than the present 911 Turbo S, which throughs in 580 horsepower. The straight line from 0 to 100 km/h is also set to be less than 2.8 seconds.
The new GT2 RS might also come with a standard manual transmission or an optional PDK system, sending the power to the rear axle.
