The lovely Skoda Fabia in its 2017 YM is looking extremely appealing and even if it is not considered a high-end model, it still manages to attract its audience, especially with the appealing prices.
In Australia, the Volkswagen`s main subsidiary Skoda has recently introduced a special model, called the 2017 Fabia Monte Carlo, the model having a starting price of AUD 23,490. The price could go up to AUD 24,640.
For that money, you get plenty of styling elements, like 17-inch black alloy wheels, side skirts with black accent, rear diffuser or wing mirrors.
Inside, the 2017 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo comes with plenty of space in the cargo area, meaning 505L with the rear seats up and an overall of 1370 L with the seats down.
Besides the available space, the interior is also highlighted by the full-length panoramic glass sunroof, alloy pedals, bolstered sports seats, flat-bottomed steering wheel with red stitching, reverse camera and so on.
For an extra AUD 1,800, you can also get the 2017 YM Monte Carlo with the Tech Pack, which adds more goodies, like rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, DAB + digital radio, rain-sensing, climate control, or keyless entry/start.
In the engine department, the model comes with a 1.6-liter engine, developing 81 kW and 175 Nm of torque and enabling a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.4 seconds. The engine sends the power to the front wheels via a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission.
It has a 1.2 turbo engine, not a 1.6. Also the cargo volumes you mention are for the wagon, not the hatchback.
