Peugeot plans to reveal a limited edition of the new 3008 HYbrid4 at the Geneva Motor Show, a special edition that will be manufactured in just 300 units. The main changes are visible at the exterior where the special edition brings a white body color together with some revised parts while inside we get new trim, high quality materials and also a new two-color leather upholstery.
Excepting the exterior and interior improvements it seems that there are not any new features for the limited edition of 3008 HYbrid4.
However, this can’t stop us discussing about the hybrid powertrain found under the bonnet, a system which gives you four different driving modes (Auto, ZEV, 4WD, Sport). In terms of performance, Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 brings a 2.0-liter diesel unit developing 163 horsepower together with an electric engine that offers 37 horsepower to a total of 200 horses.
A start/stop system together with a regenerative braking system manage to give very good figures regarding fuel consumption, the French manufacturer announcing just 3,8 liters/100 km for the new 3008 HYbrid4, a model that debuts this year.
