After unveiling the new special edition and sporty version of the Acura TSX, Honda’s luxury brand decided to get a little more serious and business like by announcing a new price range.
It includes the Acura TSX Sedan, the TSX Sport Wagon and even the above mentioned special edition as well.
Quite the surprise available as far as the luxury side of Acura is concerned but it seems like they’ve priced the TSX at a very good value side of the story.
It’s a tentatively Japanese like pricing strategy, and as far as hardcore figures are concerned it’s all looking pretty good.
The 2012 Acura TSX SE begins at $30.810 and for this sort of money they will let you have your own way between a five-speed automatic or six-speed manual gearbox.
Fitting the added bonus of a Technology Package, there’s an upgraded infotainment system which bumps up the sticker price all the way to 32.910 dollars.
If the upgrade pack you’re interested in is focused on the technical side of the actual car, you may be more concerned with the optional extra of having the V6 engine and the ability to send 280 horses through an automatic transmission.
It also means there’s a price bump of $35.350 or $38.450 if you can’t do with out the Techno pack.
An Acura TSX wagon will set you back an even more practical $31.160 or $34.810 with the aforementioned package.
The entire price list is void of the 885 dollar destination charge Acura splashes on the TSX sedan or estate.
