Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Pretends Beating Porsche Panamera Turbo`s Record Lap at the Ring

View

The Porsche Panamera Turbo is a real fast sedan at the Ring, managing to come with a 7:38 lap, in fact is the fastest sedan that ever managed to come up with this extraordinary figure.

However, the top of the line Alfa Romeo Giulia QV must be a real nightmare not only for the BMW M4, but also for the Panamera Turbo, claiming a time of 7:32.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia QV was driven by Fabio France who managed to use the car`s Race mode with the eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, thus managing to change the gear in just 150 miliseconds, which is way too quicker than most drivers can change in the manual mode.

Let`s not forget that the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is using a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, with mechanics taken from Ferrari`s twin-turbo V8 engine, developing a staggering 510 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is done in just 3.7 seconds, managing to easily outrun the BMW M3 or BMW M4.

Slowly but surely, the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is making its way into the market with sheer performance and exquisite design, managing to destroy its enemy with just a push of a button. It is fast and it will become a real threat for most of the models within the segment.

And the Porsche Panamera Turbo is not the last to suffer the consequences produced by the QV. Ask an M3 or and M4 driver how he felt being outrun by an Alfa Romeo Giulia QV and he will tell you that hell broke loose.
