The British folks at Bentley considered that it is the right moment to unveil the new Continental GTC Speed, the open-top variant of the GT Speed Coupe.
Scheduled to premiere at the upcoming Detroit Motor Show this month, the new model claims to be the fastest four-seat convertible available on the market.
Under the bonnet sits an enormous 6.0-liter W12 producing 616hp and 800Nm of torque. With such resources, the 0-100 km/h sprint is possible in just 4,4 seconds while the top speed reaches 325 km/h.
All this massive power is handled by an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. Standard features of the new Bentley Continental GTC Speed include leather upholstery, satellite navigation, titanium trim and diamond-quilted leather seats.
A high-performance brake system with 420mm (front) and 356mm (rear) cross-drilled carbon ceramic discs keeps the model safe on the road.
Full information on Bentley’s latest offering, including both availability and pricing details, will be released at Detroit.
