The Germans at Audi unveiled a new concept model, the A3 clubsport quattro. Expected to debut at Wörthersee towards the end of this month, the prototype features a 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine producing 525 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque.
It needs only 3,6 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h while top speed is limited at 310 km/h. The seven-speed S tronic gearbox with launch control and the quattro all-wheel drive system also help to achieve these figures.
The exterior stands out thanks to a special Magnetic Blue finish, the new Matrix LED headlights, large air intakes and revised bumpers.
“We have pushed the limits in every respect with this show car: power, dynamics, sound, design,” says the carmaker.
Massive 21-inch wheels with 275/25 R21 tires are available as well while carbon fiber ceramic disc brakes will keep you safe. There are no details about any production plans but we expect more info on this in the coming months.
