Audi unveiled today a new concept model based on the current Q3 crossover model. We talk about the Audi RS Q3, a prototype powered by a powerful 2.5-liter turbocharged engine able to deliver 355 horsepower.
The unit is linked to a seven-speed S tronic dual clutch transmission and provides a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5,2 seconds while the top speed is rated at 265 km/h.
At the exterior, the German company fitted the concept with a new front bumper, a honeycomb grille, side skirts, wheel arch extensions, a lip spoiler, new rear apron and a roof spoiler.
As its name says, all the exterior features are borrowed from the high-performance RS models in the range.
A new set of 20-inch alloy wheels fitted with 255/20 tires complete the exterior tweaks while a new sports suspension lowers the ground clearance by 25mm.
At the interior, Audi kept the same color combination of blue and black providing high quality materials such as sport seats in Nappa leather, flat-bottom steering wheel, carbon fiber trim and more.
The new Audi RS Q3 concept will be introduced at the upcoming Beijing Auto Show.
