Maserati Australia has recently announced the introduction of the all-new Ghibli, with prices to start from AUD 138,990 in the Ghibli Diesel. The Ghibli standard costs AUD 143,990 while the top of the line Ghibli S sets you back at AUD 179,990.
Once arriving on the market, the all-new 2017 Maserati Ghibli will be available in two packages, the Luxury and Sport, each one coming with its own features and styling parts.
To start with the Luxury, this particular trim features premium leather, Zegna edition silk and leather, Harmon Kardon ten-speaker sound system with 900 watts, and so on.
On the other hand, the Sport trim adds more features, like sports seats, sports steering wheel with aluminum paddles, carbon fiber trimmings, 8.4-inch touchscreen interface with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, rotary volume knob and much more.
In the engine department, the all-new 2017 Maserati Ghibli is equipped with an upgraded 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 petrol engine with 257 kW and 500 Nm of torque, in the entry-level Ghibli, while the Ghibli S version adds more power, like 301 kW and 550 Nm of torque.
As for the performance figures, the standard Ghibli sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, while the Ghibli S runs just 5.0 seconds. Concerning fuel consumption, the standard Ghibli burns out 8.9 liter per 100 km, while the S comes with a 9.6 liter consumption.
On the other hand, the Ghibli Diesel, this particular version comes with a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel V6 engine, with 202 kW and 600 Nm of torque, allowing a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. The fuel consumption stands at 5.9 l per each 100 km.
