Bentley has recently announced the availability of its first SUV, Bentayga on the Chinese market, where the model will be priced from 3.89 million yuan, which is the equivalent of 160,200 GBP in UK or 630,000 in the US.
The appetite of Chinese people looking for exquisite and luxurious SUVs has turned the Asian market into a real profitable one. And Bentley seems to take advantage of the situation, the model already being ordered in thousands of units.
The Bentley Bentayga is the carmaker`s first SUV and the most powerful one ever built so far, with practically no competitors for the next couple of years.
It is packing a huge 6.0-liter TSI W12 engine, which produces 608 horsepower and a whopping 900 Nm of torque. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is done in just 4.0 seconds, rivaling a BMW M4.
The model is based on the EXP 9 F Concept first seen a couple of years ago and comes with an exquisite and luxurious interior, with high-end materials along with the latest high-tech gizmos. We are dealing here with two 10.2-inch tablets at the rear seats, the 1950-watt Naim Bentley Premium Audio System and much more.
