Cadillac unveiled today the Elmiraj Concept, a futuristic model which is dubbed as a grand coupe inspired from the 1967 Eldorado model.
At the exterior, the American carmaker offers a big front grille, a ventilated hood, massive 22-inch aluminum wheels and vertical optical blocks.
Inside, the company provides camel leather upholstery, sport seats, a 10-inch touchscreen display, a new instrument cluster, Brazilian Rosewood trim and several other goodies.
Power is provided by a 4.5-liter V8 powerplant capable to produce 500 horsepower and 678Nm of torque. There are no performance figures but expect the 0-100 km/h sprint to be done quite fast.
“A modern update to the classic format of a two-door grand coupe, Elmiraj is a pure expression of streamlined design and engaging rear-wheel drive performance,” claims the carmaker.
The new Cadillac Elmiraj Concept features high-performance carbon ceramic brakes, a retuned suspension system and uses the Omega platform.
