Japan has become the country of fancy and exclusive cars, the Land of the Rising Sun now being the paradise of different automakers to display their special brands.
Chevrolet is trying to get a piece of the pie by launching its own special models. One of its latest edition to be showcased in Japan is the Captiva Perfect Black, which will be available in a limited edition of 15 cars.
Once it will be available on the Japanese market at the beginning of July, the Captiva Perfect Black will have a price of 4,090,000 YEN, which is the equivalent of around $40,000.
The Chevrolet Captiva Perfect Black comes with a special body wrap with black accents and chrome parts, complemented by the blacked-out 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin comes with the black leather upholstery, heated seats and a lot of high-tech goodies, like 10.2-inch screen for the rear-seat entertainment system, along with DVD player, TV tuner, Android and Apple CarPlay compatibility and a few more.
In terms of safety features, the Chevrolet Captiva Perfect Black is equipped with Parking Assist, Descent Control System, Side Blind Zone Alert and so on.
In the engine department, the special edition packs the same 2.4-liter Ecotec engine, hooked to an all-wheel drive system.
