The Chevrolet North American based carmaker is ready to launch the long-expected Colorado Sport Concept at the 2014 SEMA Motor Show.
At the show, the Chevrolet Colorado Sport Concept is announced to wonder its audience, with a one-off design and interesting features it packs for an off-road pickup.
Tony Johnson, the marketing manager at Chevrolet, also brags the pickup truck, by stating that Colorado Sport Concept is more than a mountain biker truck, being able to also fit kayaking or fishing equipment.
“It’s a truck for those who need the versatility of a pickup to support their work and lifestyle interests, but don’t need a full-size truck to do it,” Johnson also concludes.
The Chevrolet Colorado Sport Concept is based on the already famous Colorado Crew Cab, equipped with the Z71 Package.
It means that the newest edition from Chevrolet will tweak a fresh new exterior with a bed roll bar, black painted alloy wheels, vinyl striping, splash guards, plastic body cladding and much more.
As for the engine under the hood, we should expect the 2.5-liter four-cylinder unit as standard, with 200 horsepower and 191 lb-ft of torque, or the higher 3.6-liter V6, developing 306 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque.
