Chevrolet has rolled out two interesting models at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, the all-new Essentia and Beat Activ concepts.
The Chevy Essentia is based on the Beat sedan and is set to be an “exciting precursor to a new production car”, as the carmaker stated in a recent press release.
The Chevy Essentia doesn’t stand out from the crowd with an exceptional design, but one might depict the slender grille, bulging wheel arches or the upward sweeping beltine.
Inside, the cabin is highlighted by the brown leather, cloth seats with a grey contrast stitching, three-spoke steering wheel, chrome accents, as well as silver painted trim.
Moving to the Chevy Beat Activ version, the model can be seen as a standout one with the LED lighting units, bright green exterior with plastic body cladding, aluminum accents, rugged front bumper, roof nails, all complemented by the five-spoke alloy wheels.
The cabin is also special with the tri-color seats, with the same green contrast stitching, along with faux carbon fiber accents, as well as the MyLink infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
In the engine department, the North American carmaker has not yet revealed the powertrains, but we should expect fresh details in the upcoming period.
