French people from Citroen announced the end of production for the C3 Pluriel model, the French manufacturer managing to sell more than 100.000 C3 Pluriel since the production of the model started in 2003.
The model benefits from a fabric roof, a fact that made the little convertible model very attractive. The Citroen C3 Pluriel benefits from a 1.4-liter engine capable to develop 75 horsepower and 118 Nm of torque. The model was a real deal for the French manufacturer, the attractive design being the key for this small model.
The French manufacturer won’t let us to miss the C3 Pluriel too much, because its replacement model is scheduled to start in 2012, we are talking about the DS-3 Convertible. In the photo attached to the article you can see the Charleston special edition of Citroen C3 Pluriel unveiled by the French manufacturer at the 2009 edition of the Auto Show from Paris. The special edition benefits from two-shade color paint, 15-inch aluminium wheels and chrome trim fittings.
