Scheduled to debut this year at the Frankfurt Auto Show which starts in September, the new Citroen DS5 is heavily tested in winter conditions at the arctic circle. Even we do not have too many details about the propellers which will be hidden under the bonnet, the new Citroen DS5 will most likely feature the new HYbrid4 technology.
As you guessed, we talk about a hybrid version of the new Citroen DS5 which should feature a diesel engine together of course with an electric engine, the hybrid powertrain being able to reduce the fuel consumption and make the vehicle more eco-friendly.
As we can see from the pics, the French model got a really heavy camouflage layer, a type of camouflage able to successfully hide the shape and exterior features of the vehicle. Even the wheels got some panels which hide all the major features but we expect new photos with the new Citroen DS5 soon as the Frankfurt Motor Show is close.
