The Romanian manufacturer Dacia is continuously increasing the records set on different automotive markets. Here we have a statistic regarding the number of foreign brand cars registered last month in France. These standings show us that Dacia was ranked in the first place in August with 6.068 units and obtained an increased market share by 1.1% compared to August 2009.
Although the sales on the French market in the last month saw a decrease of 9.8% totaling 109.912 cars sold, the Romanian manufacturer managed to obtain better sales together with the more popular German brands such as Audi and Volkswagen.
The good amount of new registration last month is also due to the new and also the first SUV created by the Romanian manufacturer Dacia and we expect a significant increase of the sales amount in the coming months again due to the Dacia Duster, a SUV that comes with an affordable price tag for its segment.
