Dubai Police is well-famous for its appetite for fast and exotic supercars to be put in action whenever given situations and the newly joined 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder adds greater value to its entire fleet.
It is only now we can say that the Dubai Police fleet is indeed impressive, thanks to the newly acquired Porsche 918 Spyder, which is considered to be one of the fastest hybrid supercars in the world.
The 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder will be thus joining other hot models in the battle against crime in Dubai, riding along Lamborghini Aventador, Bentley Continental, Aston Martin One-77, Mercedes-Benz SLS or Bugatti Veyron.
Unfortunately, there are other hot rides that Dubai Police owns and which will never be used in patrolling duties, such as the BMW M6 Gran Coupe, Rolls-Royce Phantom or the Lykan Hypersport.
As a reminder, the 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder is the automaker`s first hybrid and the fastest vehicle, coming with a 4.6-liter V8 unit, which develops 608 horsepower. The engine is backed by two electric motors adding 279 horses. This means that the hybrid is now standing at a whopping 887 horsepower and impressive 1,275 Nm of torque.
