Say goodbye to the problem of having an AMG badge on nothing but some boring Mercedes cars that are only driven round by pensioners.

That’s because Ducati is soon to bring out one of their most aggressive bikes out there, the Diavel, in a special edition that manages to come with one of those special badges.

The new Ducati Diavel AMG Special Edition will be unveiled by the most successful motorbike racing Italian company ever at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show.

Two performance brands, coming together to make a vehicle that’s built just for the thrills is probably the best thing you can get. It’s just too bad it’s missing a couple of wheels.

Sorry to rain on the parade, the Ducati Diavel is one mad bike. Powered by a 1.2 liter L-Twin engine which can put down 162 horsepower and 94 lb-ft of torque.

That powerful engine does have quite a respectable workload since the dry weight on this thing stands at 463 lbs.

It doesn’t really matter, particularly since the new Ducati Diavel is loaded with all the technology that brought them home so many titles.

With a special breathe-upon from the high performance oriented German company that’s been serving Mercedes as an in-house tuner for so many years there’s probably going to be no trouble to see them sell it.

Speaking of which, we don’t know for sure how Special of an Edition this particular AMG Ducati Diavel is about to be but we do know it’s a limited one.
