It seems like the tuner Edo Competition has a few things in common with average petrolheads as they god bored of waiting for Lamborghini to launch the new model.
That’s the reason why they had another look at the Murcielago, the previous Sant’Agata Bolognese flagship and tune it up by some extent.
After messing around with the 6.5 liter V12 engine, Edo Competition made the Lamborghini Murcielago develop 750 horsepower and 546 lb-ft of torque.
Naturally, with that sort of boost in power, the Murcielago now gets better performance. To be specific, you get from 0 to 60 in just 3.1 seconds and you can top out at a stunning 227 mph.
What I really like about what Edo Competition did to the Lamborghini Murcielago is how they gave it a lot more power and some considerable aerodynamic improvements without completely ruining the look of it.
There’s a new revised rear wing on the back and an adjustable lip at the front but overall it’s clearly the same impressive Lamborghini Murcielago and not some rip off of a jet fighter.
You’d struggle to see a lot of differences between the regular Murcielago apart from the new color scheme and the slightly bigger wheels.
It seems like tuning can really be better than you’d expect if its done properly like Edo Competition do.
