Fiat released today the details on the new Punto 150, a special edition which celebrates 150 years since the Italian unification. Fiat Punto gets a bunch of new features from the Italian manufacturer in order to make this special edition notable. Under the bonnet, it’s up to you to decide between a 1.3-liter diesel unit developing 75hp or three petrol engines of 1.2 and 1.4-liter.
The petrol engines develop about the same amount of power as the diesel unit, raning from 69hp for the 1.2-liter unit to 77hp.
The special edition dedicated to the Italian customers benefits from the Azzurro Italia finish and also special “150” badging. A special front grille fits the new Punto 150 while a new set of multi-spoke alloy wheels completes the exterior improvements.
Entering the cabin, Fiat Punto 150 benefits from usual features such as an MP3 Radio and air conditioning among others. According to the Italians, the new special edition will be available starting next month and is likely to be manufactured in a limited edition of 150 units.
