Hennessey pulled the wraps off a special tuning kit for the all-new Cadillac Escalade. The American SUV gets a power boost thanks to the HPE550 kit which improves the total output of the stock 6.2-liter engine.
The V8 powerplant normally delivers 420 horses and 623 Nm of torque but thanks to Hennessey, the total output is increased to 557 horses and 734 Nm of torque.
The tuners fitted a revised ECU as well as an air-to-water intercooler system. These performance tweaks for the new Cadillac Escalade are priced at $15,950.
“Our HPE550 Supercharged Escalade is the perfect balance of attitude, performance and luxury. It’s fast and versatile, and proudly American,” says the company.
If you want to improve the looks, Hennessey offers special 20-inch H10 forged monoblock wheels. These cost $6,950 and promise to bring some power improvements due to their lower rotating-mass.
