Henrik Fisker, the CEO at the Belgium based Fisker carmaker has recently announced the introduction of a new sports car at the 2016 NAIAS, in Detroit, starting next January.

The new model is called “Force 1” and it was built in a collaboration with an American race driver.

The new Fisker Force 1 is a real mystery to us at the moment, the model might coming as a mixture between a coupe and a genuine racer, just as Fisker told Automobile Magazine. He calls the Force 1 a genuine track car which combines the “comfort of a luxurious sports car.”

We might presume that we might be looking here at a high-performance coupe, coming with a carbon fiber body style, consisting of ventilated hood, prominent fenders, “laser blade” taillights, 21-inch rims or active suspension.

Concerning the powertrain under the hood, Fisker also stated that the Force 1 would come with the most powerful naturally-aspirated engine from the market. He also hinted that it would be more powerful than the Aston Martin`s massive 7.0-liter V12 mill, with over 800 horsepower.

The Fisker Force 1 will be built in a limited edition of just 50 units, the price tag being decided from $300,000. More details will be known at the 2016 NAIAS, in Detroit.
