The South Korean manufacturer raised the curtains of the earlier teased Hyundai Curb concept at Detroit. The live photos reveal more features of the new Hyundai concept, a design study made by the American people from Hyundai’s design workshop in California.
Hyundai Curb concept introduces an advanced Fluidic Sculpture dimension aiming to inspire the new incoming models. The new Curb received the title of UAV (Urban Activity Vehicle), being described as a small crossover and as we stated recently, this concept wants to be a rival for Nissan Juke.
Under the hood the concept packs a 1.6-liter turbo engine able to provide 175 horsepower. Outside we can see the sharp frontlights and the huge rims while the new Idle Stop and Go technology developed by the South Koreans improves the ecological features of the concept. According to the first assumptions, the series model which will be inspired by this concept should be the new Hyundai ix35.
