Here we have yet another premiere from the Brazilian motor show held in Sao Paulo. We talk about the new Hyundai HB20X, a crossover dedicated to the local market.
In terms of styling, the new Hyundai HB20X comes with a new grille, reworked bumpers, larger 15-inch alloy wheels, fog lamps, chrome inserts and silver roof bars. Inside, standard features of the HB20X include new seats and steering wheel, revised stitching, air conditioning, sport pedals and more.
Power is provided by a 1.6-liter flex-fuel engine capable to deliver 128 horsepower, and is coupled to a standard manual transmission.
“We are confident that the HB family will not only meet, but exceed Brazilian consumers’ expectations with its outstanding design, finish and flexible fuel support,” says Hyundai Brazil.
The new model is also locally built at the company’s Piracicaba factory. The HB20X is scheduled to go on sale starting next year, no pricing information being available now.
