Hyundai debuted the new Veloster Rally Edition at the Chicago Auto Show. The South Korean model stands out thanks to its Matte Blue exterior finish, new badges and 18-inch RAYS wheels.
Under the hood sits a 1.6-liter engine developing 201 horses and 264 Nm of torque. The four-cylinder unit is linked to a six-speed manual transmission that is fitted with a special racing sport shifter from B&M.
Other additions for the Hyundai Veloster Rally Edition include new dampers, a stiffer stabilizer bar and sports springs.
At the interior, changes are limited. Hyundai opted for black leather sport seats, blue inserts, embroidered floor mats and other badges. As these details reveal, the Hyundai Veloster Rally Edition has not received too many improvements to make it a really sport car.
Even so, it has enough new features to make it appealing to more and more customers. Pricing information was not released yet by Hyundai.
